Art by the Sea = {urban youth} + {marine biologists and athletes and passionate environmentalists} + {artists and creatives and media gurus} together on a beach where they can explore ~ play ~ create art and videos ~ share stories and a passion for the ocean. For many of the young people who attend Art by the Sea, the event represents their first or primary hands-on day to enjoy / celebrate / learn about our BIG BLUE oceans.
