The Youth Environmental Career Summit is an annual event created to connect students and young adults with professionals working across the environmental sector. Hosted in partnership with Miami Waterkeeper, the summit brings together South Florida experts and organizations for a morning of networking and career exploration.
Why Career Connections Matter
Many young people are passionate about protecting the environment but aren't always aware of the wide range of careers available to them. The Youth Environmental Career Summit helps bridge that gap by introducing students to real-world opportunities in science, policy, conservation, communications, technology, advocacy, and the arts.
Program Impact
Over the past two years, the Youth Environmental Career Summit has welcomed more than 100 students, parents, educators, and community members to explore careers that make a difference.
The summit continues to grow as a platform for collaboration, inspiration, and opportunity for young people throughout South Florida.
